2016 Annual HOA Meeting

The 2016 Hillandale Commons Homeowner’s Association meeting will be held at Blacknall Presbyterian Church (1902 Perry St, Durham, NC 27705) on MOnday July 18, 2016. Our yearly meeting is an opportunity for our entire community to get together to share thoughts and concerns, get updates on our neighborhood, meet new residents, and vote on elections and any proposed changes. We sincerely hope that you will attend so that your voice is heard and so the board may best represent the interests of the community. The meeting Agenda and Financial Statement were mailed out, but are also available under the Documents section of our website. Please print and bring them along with your ideas to our meeting. We hope that you will take this opportunity to take an active part in your community, but in case you are unable to make the meeting, there is a proxy form in the Documents section of our website for naming someone to vote on your behalf. You may email or mail the proxy form to one of the Board members, or have a neighbor bring it to the upcoming meeting.
